Leah Tully
M.A. (Counselling Psychology)  ·  B.N.  ·  BSc.  ·  RN  ·  CCC  ·   IBCLC

I am a Masters-prepared Counselling Therapist and Registered Nurse supporting adults and adolescents navigating life's challenges in Edmonton and across Alberta. I have a special interest in women's mental health, eating disorders and body image, and the perinatal and hormonal transitions that shape so many women's lives.

With over 15 years of healthcare experience, I bring both clinical depth and genuine human warmth to every therapeutic relationship. My work is relational, evidence-informed, and always guided by a biopsychosocial lens — because no one exists in just one layer.

Why therapy
You don't have to be in crisis to deserve support

Therapy is not only for people in crisis. It is for anyone who wants to understand themselves more deeply, move through a difficult season with more steadiness, or build a life that feels more like their own. Whatever has brought you here — you are welcome.

At Tully Counselling Psychology, sessions are available in-person in Edmonton and virtually throughout Alberta. Whether you are just beginning to reach out or have been thinking about it for a while, the first step is simply getting in touch.

The approach
Whole-person care through a biopsychosocial lens

As both a Registered Nurse and a Counselling Therapist, I approach every client through a biological, psychological, and social lens — recognizing that your mental health cannot be understood in isolation from the rest of your life.

Biological

Genetics, nervous system, hormones, sleep, and physical health all shape how we feel and respond to the world.

Psychological

Thought patterns, beliefs, coping strategies, and self-concept are central to understanding emotional experience.

Social

Relationships, family, culture, and the systems we move within profoundly influence our mental health.
